Subscription renew problem, need help

Hello, my current subscription for capmonster pro is valid until 02 Januar 2020 and i extended/renewed my subscripton today because of the discount on capmonster pro.

Now i am having two subscriptions active in my control panel, one is till 2nd januar 2020 and one is valid till 21 december 2020. So, i would kindly like to ask you to check this and extend my subscription to 2nd januar 2021 instead of 21 december 2019. The programs shows still the old expiry date i.e. 2nd januar 2020.

If you need more details, let me know.

And if you can't do it, then please refund my money back. I will buy it on 2nd Januar 2020 because i don't want to lose the 11-12 days for nothing.

Where is it stated that on weekends there is no support? I didn't read it anywhere. However, let us wait tommorrow.
