SMS Phone verification solutions? SMSpva, getsms etc... all not working for IG

Hi Guys,

I'm having issues verifying Instagram accounts. This week none of the sms services are working for me!
I tried many services (Smspva, simsms, getsmsonline, as well as sites which give free phone numbers, textnow and virtual phone number from an ios app).
I get a number, send SMS but SMS never arrives. I tried buying several numbers, waiting, buying another number. No SMS.
It worked the other week but not now.
When I used my real SIM on my phone I got SMS but not from any of these services.

Anyone else having same issue? Are these services banned by IG?
Anyone know of a service which works? What solution is there?

I know one can buy phone numbers for $1-$5 USD/mo per number, but that starts costing when one wants to make many accounts plus it doesn't have API to integrate with Zenno like these services.
