Shortcut to Marco Editor in CodeCreator toolbar

Currently this doesn't seem to be there, so to get to the Macro Builder you need to either start ProjectMaker or go to the browser, go to a webpage with an input box and so on..

Would be helpful to have a toolbar shortcut (similar to how it is in ProjectMaker).
