Serp CLICK- is posible Template?

Hello friends I need the following template:
I want it to search google or bing SERPS for a previously configured keyword and then enter the link that I also configure.
Also once inside the link I want it to navigate for "x "minutes and then click on another internal link that I configure.
In this way it will count in Searh console the "Click" of the serps.
the google search engine can be from several countries?
I mean I guess you can change google.com, .es .it .it
I would use 4g proxys for each country that I think does not need captcha for the search in the serps?
Very important the program must search in the SERPS for every 10 searches I guess on each page to locate the link that I previously set to enter that link. For example if my link is in position 32 it should navigate in the serps until about page 3 of google.

It is possible with ZP.
The other question is if Google will detect it and punish you.
From what I know, ZP is not good for Google because you cannot register Gmail without phone number even with clean IP.
It means ZP must be detected somehow.
