Search Console Send URL's to index

I would like to automate the sending of URLs in the Google index with the Search Console. (https://search.google.com/u/0/search-console)

Template need to work in French language.
ZP version should be 7+

Here is the template I need :

Login to the Search Console
Get a list of URL from txt file.
For each URL ask for index on the panel
Resolve all Recaptcha 2 when index is asked (I want to use capmonster.cloud)
