recaptcha not recognize bug

hello guys anyone its face this problem,i am runing openbullet aplication and capmonster not working in recognize recaptcha,i have use same openbullet with other software for recognize recaptcha and its working very good because i was think that maybe its the fault of application openbullet but it is working very good with other software.
I have test capmonster setup with chrome,firefox,httpreq and i use 100 % alive paid rotate proxy so what can be the problem that captcha its recognize but recaptcha no

Please give the details, tell what errors you get in CapMonster, attach the screenshots.

it look that it was need of one full reinstall,but now i see there one 2 000 000 and this is decrease fast,what it is ?
one limit to 2 000 000,like in the image it was 2 000 000 but now it is in 800 000 ,because i dont understand this language i must ask what it is
