Proxy life time

I would suggest to add feature to change proxy lifetime to -1 now is possible to set just 9999 sec. But if i have private proxies there then -1 would be good for them.

Or even better add that proxy lifetime to each different source changeable. Then i can add private proxies with lifetime -1 and public proxies with lifetime 600 sec for instance.
