Plugins not work on a computer

Good morning, everyone,

I'm looking for help with a problem with the new local plugin feature on project maker.
These work perfectly on my VPS, but not on my PC.

When I launch a plugin in a project, I always have this error:

"Execution action Pluginof Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

What I tested:
different access paths for plugins
plugin returns a variable, or not
compile the plugin on my vps and use it on my PC
Test using a plugin compiled on my PC on my VPS: the plugin works
versions 5.22.0 and 5.22.1
different plugins with different functions, some of which are very simple

I have windows10 64bits

In addition, when I try to run these plugins on my PC (and it gives this error), I sometimes start having bugs, the play button doesn't work anymore, or I get a message with "debug thread error", even for native PM actions. I have to raise PM again so that everything can be put back in place.

I've never had this kind of problem with any native PM action and any of my templates on this PC.

If someone has already encountered this problem or has an idea where they might come from... I will thank you very much!

Did you publish the same plugins in PM on VPS?
Are they available in LocalPlugins?

I have tested (on PM):
Creating and using a plugin in the VPS: it works
Create on the PC and use on the VPS: it works
Create on PC and use on PC: does not work
Create on the VPS and use on the PC: does not work

Each time, the plugin is placed in the Path corresponding to the Plugins (in PM options), so it is available in LocalPlugins

Please enable detailed log in program settings, repeat the error and run Diagnostic.
Send us resulted report.zip.

the problem was that the license was not active on my PC but on my VPS. PM works without an active license but not the plugins... I can't believe I didn't think to test it.
