when i want to use; this error occured:

error: could not load microsoft visual c 2013(x86) Redistributable pack.

then i removed "microsoft visual c 2013(x86)" and install again; and again...

but this problem not solved... why?

Hi,
suggesting you use CM version 2.10.8.3, i would recommend you to run CAPMONSTERPATH\2.10.8.3\Progs\Diagnostic.exe, which will create report.zip. Check the "Additional Software" and "Other Software" section in report.html inside that zip. It shows all installed C++ redistributable and their Version (in "other software" section). Which version of c++ redistributable 2013 x86 do you have installed? Did you installed the x64, too?

Try installing the program from cmd.exe (run as administrator) with with the command -noaddsoftware.
looks like this: "path to installer.exe -noaddsoftware"
