How to upload a picture in an app with ZD?

The title is pretty self-explanatory: how can I upload a picture in an app (facebook) when using ZennoDroid?

I've pasted the picture that I want to upload on Facebook (by using the FB app which I installed in ZennoDroid) in the SD folder but it is not available in Gallery.

I've found a work-around: while in Zenno Droid, after starting the VM, go to Settings>Import Windows Files and select the picture (or file) you need to use. This way it will appear in the Gallery of this device and it will be seen by all apps.
Would be nice if we could just drop the files in a folder on the hard drive and ZD would have a function to upload it in different apps.

Not sure if BlueStacks allows to upload pics this way...
