how to put the words in a form quickly???

i need to put tens thousands of words into a form
firt i put the words to variable, and use the "set value" action for fill it in a form
when i debug , it enter the word one by one, it is so slowly
how to fill it quickly??? like use the Clipboard ????

some body tell me "Click the More tab on the action and change the emulation to 'Speed' "
i try it and it make fast a little, but it still so slowly, how to fill it more quickly, like used copy Clipboard ??
