How to let all projects Fetch Proxies from Same File?

How can I do this? I have a txt file with private proxies, and right now i load the with the project directory variable/myfile.txt

But this makes it so that when i change my proxies i have to change them in all projects.

What are better ways to do this?

I don't use the proxy checker, I load the file in the project itself.

But also for other files, I like this, not just proxies.

Can I set a variable like {-directory on my system somewhere-} which will be out of the project directories, and then set that variable in all my projects so I can access only 1 file instead of many duplicate files in different projects?
