How do you check if a certain text or element is on screen?

How do I check if this element is on screen:

Is there a way to check using if? Just trying to click it and going from the bad end if it is not found takes forever because it keeps updating the elements table 20 times until it fails...

I looked at the context recognition feature but that seems to be something else.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try decreasing this timeout if click is too long.

It is possible to check if element, if you get xml structure and parse it. (action Utils>Get structure of elements (XML))
