But the fact is i don't really understood the logic of this action, especially, why, in directories we must add to a list "which is virtual" because we have to create an empty list.

You create a list to save data that you will need to use in other actions.

For your example that were paths to your articles.
Lists doesnt nessesary need to be synced with txt files or tables.

Yeaa ok but here list was useless, meannig "Spin" list is empty and has no use. I had to create it just because in Directories block , a field asked for a list, thats all ?

So i would like to make 50 different txt file, with 50 differents texts, and tell to template : Grab the next text in list, then delete it.

That what you asked for )
And I gave you method for this task.
This method give you the ability to get one of the txt files from your directory.
After this you can take text of this file or it's name or whatever you want.
If you have spintax in it you can spin it via text processing.
