Get Block > Split String - No format problem

What I am attempting is posting a heading in an ad with a description. Having files of headings and files for descriptions is a pain so what I have done is the following.

My full ad is like below...

The initial ::: is the delimiter for the split string
The ending yyyyy is the delimiter for the multiple blocks

The issue is when string is split and dumped into the description field of the ad site (wyiswyg) the breaks within the text file are not recognized...

Is this due to grabbing the block and then splitting the block into a string ?? Or is because I stay up all night smoking crack. Any help... ?

what i do is have the description in html using <p> </p> <br/> etc and then add tothe html area instead of the wugiwus...

Negative !

The wysiwyg does not support tags... If I was to copy/paste from a webpage or word document than it does insert the formatting without a problem...

Also, when I copy/paste from a txt file, the breaks and formatting is fine. When pulling via ZP is when the issue occurs.
