Error Runing in Capmonster 2 Ver 2.10.10.0

Hello,
I tried to use the software I got this error,

I am running it as Administrator and I uninstalled my antivirus but remaining the same Error.

I did enable extended log in CM, repeat the error and run Diagnostic.

Please give me a solution as fast as possible.

There is the problem in your Windows system.
Error Could not find system file 'C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ hosts'
