Empty Answer Problem

Hello, I use CapMonster Software to solve Recaptcha v2 and v3 and I am using chrome method with huge amount of residential proxy , on my statistic showing 91 % succeed rate , 1% Banned IP , 1% Timeout and all together are 93% may I ask what happen to other 7%!! and I get a lot of empty answer , is 7% disappear because of that? and if it is how I can fix that ? please help me about this .

There may be the following reasons for Empty answer error:
1) Wrong parameters - wrong sitekey or pageurl parameter. sometimes programs send url which actually does not have recaptcha.
2) wrong recaptcha types - you are trying to solve recaptcha2 invisible, but it's recapthcha3 on website
3) overloading queue of captchas - captcha holds too much time in the queue and finally not sent.
The best way to identify the reason - enable Show browser in addon settings and see what actually happens when error occurs.
