element is not always found

Hi guys, need some help please. i want to make register script for this site - norton.com
but when i try to fill in the email and register, most time it will say Element is not found, the same problems happens when i fill the payment with the Year.
can anyone help to write the scripts that really works for this two special steps? thank you

Hi, is your template works sometimes, then there are dynamic search criteria for those html fields.
Try to use Action Designer instead of default recording to create your actions.

Hi, i tried that but failed, same problem. my data will not be filled in, and the log says element not found.
i have a budget $20 for this problem, if u can help to fix this and make it works, i can pay. Thank you
