Client status

I'm sorry I'm posting Eng language in Russian side, but there is no section about Forum suggestions in Eng side.

1. That's first thing, please make thread about forum suggestions in Eng side so we can post in right sections.

2. I see so much problems with Client status in forum, users does not understand why they can not send PM, why they can not create signatures, why they can not see some forum parts. And we need to explain that they have to write to support to get Client status over and over again.

I believe it makes life harder for Admins also, so why just not make it automatic ? If user registers in forum with email what he bought license he gets client status automatically. ?

Or when new user buy first license he gets Some link with key to create forum username what will give him client status, whatever is better, but that's should be very easy to make.

Тогда было бы хорошо к этому добавить, авто удаление статуса при возврате средств.
Иначе что помешает масрегу?

Для получения статуса Client пожалуйста обращайтесь в поддержку [email protected] с темой сообщения "Хочу получить статус Client" и сообщайте данные: email аккаунта на форуме и email аккаунта Личного Кабинета.

Здравствуйте. Спасибо за это сообщение. Сегодня приобрела программу и благодаря ему хоть узнала, куда обратиться за статусом Клиента. Хорошо, что эта тема была создана.
