Capmonster choosing the wrong module instead of Botdetect

I'm trying to solve a captcha which is a botdetect one but cap monster pro shows it as case sensitive.

I'm afraid that many other captchas are also being recognized not correctly.

However, check the screenshots.

Try disabling this option in CapMonster settings.

I've just tried with the exact settings from your screenshot. I didn't work, kindly check the screenshot. The first three captchas are using your settings.

Then i forced botnet to be used to solve every captcha, it recognizes but it shows always one more letter.

That option has been enabled since yesterday, as i already said in the post number 6, it shows 6 letters instead of 5.

This is not the initial problem of choosing wrong module then...
This is the issue with recognizing accuracy.
Would you be able to provide us captcha image examples for training CM to solve them?
We need about 10k+

Strange as i was able to solve this kind of captcha easily some months ago.( In october / november 2019)

However, i can pm you the site name where you can find this captcha, let me know.

No, i didn't try it on any other sites. I would like to underline that after the last update, many things needs to be set manually. Like i tried this site

It recognizes the captcha but as you can see, it sees it in lowercase not in uppercase, so, in this case, i need to set it manually to make use the universal captcha recognize it in uppercase.

Before the update, i never had to change these settings, every captcha worked fine.

We've updated BotDetect module. Please download latest version 2.10.16.0 and try solving captcha.

Hello, i'm using the latest version now and i have to say, the normal captchas seems to be work fine but to make work the botnet captcha, you have to select the botnet module manually and select the option, force this module to recognize all captchas and then select it to use upper case. Then it works.

In the past, it was solved automatically without any kind of setting needed to be changed by the user manually.
