Capmonster always stop

I dont know why capmonster always stop/idle/not sloving capthca no processing in process window and all of my software said "captcha fail". But when request to solve captcha, it send back captcha solving ID.

*Hope you undestand what I mean and sorry for my bad english.

What captcha are you trying to solve in CapMonster and what software from?

Please enable extended log in program settings, repeat the error and run Diagnostic.
Send us resulted report.zip

It will be opened automatically after diagnostic is finished.

I have run it and now already run for about 1 hour but there is no file/folder report.zip that opened automatically.
