Cannot use demo because IP is blacklisted, cannot submit ticket because IP is blacklisted

    Hi,

    The subject says it all: I want to try the demo, but cannot use the demo because my IP is blacklisted.

    I tried to submit a ticket. But for that I first need to make a username at https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/login.aspx
    But I cannot go there because my IP is blacklisted.

    Deleted my IP from the blacklist also doesn't work.

    I am in Thailand at the moment. Things with IP's here are different than in my own country. Here thousands are getting the same IP from my internet provider. So blacklisting IP's is a bit useless. You are hurting thousands, because maybe 1 person did something wrong.

    My IP at the moment is 184.22.98.34 / 2405:9800:ba11:c268:78db:dadb:bd05:c2ca

    Can someone from support help me with this ?

    Does anyone know what is the best way to contact support ? I emailed them, but no reply.

    Hi. One way is email yes. I'm sure they will process it, as tickets goes to emails anyway.
    @VladZen will also see this thread on Monday.
