Hello, I purchased your CapMonster software, it is installed on windows2012 server, I also have subscription to recaptcha2, the firewall in the windows is unlocked. The problem is that the program does not send a response. example in the attached image I have also tried to send a test from the captcha scrapebox program, it reaches the capmonster but does not send an answer. Please help.
