API RefundTimeout

    Api for block licence not work if user take licence more the 30 days right ? I need manually go to panel and make refund ?

    IF this correct, why this exist, what about services for subscribe and other ?

    @VladZen you are probably on hollyday :-) I now thinking, can i for lifetime licence to change for subscribe, and give 1 day subscribe, and it will gone licence tomorrow, and avoid manually block licence ?

    I'm not sure what you want to do...
    Refund is possible only within 30 days. After that period, money won't be returned even if you cancel template manually in admin panel.
    If you get the response RefundTimeout from API, this means refund period is ended.

    You may sell by subscription. If user does not prolong, than his bot just ends.

    Thanks i will play with it, but for some projects it is easier add lifetime licence, and in some time block licence without refund, you can add this option too in API

    What is the reason you are going to block license after 30 days?

    I have service for subscribtion right, and using lifetime option for API, because if paypal not send me right now notification user will lost licence right, or my server go down. I want to user always have active licence and not depends for paypal IPN because it is sometimes buggy or my server . I mean, main question is why you not add in API this simple option , for lifetime licence , for automatic cancelation ?

    What if put subscribe option for 30 days, and paypal IPN late, user will lost licence, and send me message, i will lost time for support ? I now giving lifetime licence, and take it, if paypal send me cancelation IPN , this is more easy for support and not have option for problems .

    I not think if my server go down, paypal API late, not want frustrated users, and i will take him licence only if get paypal cancelation log

    You are third part, i not have access, and for example i have 50 subscribers, and my server go down, all users will lost licence and i need explain to all what is problem, if i lost IPN log, i need latter manually add licence, explain maybe i will lost some users etc.... I want take licence only when i get log not oposite, only if get cancelation log, and do not want thinking - if some user lost licence in this complicated way paypal - my server- your server there is a lot ways to go something bad

    Safest way- give user lifetime licence, and take it, only if user cancel subscribtion, not need to think if your server down, my server, paypal . Just simple and safe business way .
