After update to CapMonster Standard EN 2.10.11.0 program keeps restarting

Hello,

After this new update my capmonster does not work anymore, it keeps booting in a loop after loading modules. automaticly.
I uninstalled the program, and deleted the folder from the harddisk, but after i install it again. The same problem.

What can i do?

and if i look in taskmanager, then he is running there but not in the foreground
