timeout

hi i need to add a timer into my project like this: time 1= DateTimenow+10 min project body after a while current time = Datetimenow if 'current'>'time1' ........... else .......... please help me. i tried it by c# code but it works sometimes! and sometimes not!!

Yesterday I purchased the capmonster pro version but it never worked for even once. My capmonster is uptodate , Sitekey/Url paramter is right and i am using High quality proxies for capmonster, and using chrom to solve captcha. Still i am getting this timeout limit exceeded error and 0 banned...
