best settings

I don't know if I have the ideal settings. I am running the default settings right now and if anyone would mind providing screenshots of the settings they run or providing any info they found out about the software to increase speed that'd be appreciated.

Someone can suggest best settings for http requests solving way, settings wouold be best if it hits fast solving and supports high threads.
