I can solve and submit this Recaptcha, but I can't submit Paypal's

Tried everything, I'm able to successfully solve Recaptcha but not able to confirm it. RecaptchaGnizer ReCaptchaGnizer_autosubmit v1/v2 doesn't work. Please tell me what info you need me to provide, I'm willing to pay for this to get solved.
