I have good proxies loaded into CM settings for recap sitekey addon but am getting a timeout error and no image attempted to be solved. I have used for over a year and never had this issue before. What could this issue be?

I messed around with the module maker software but really don't have time to learn it. Is there anyone that I can pay to make a module? I have 2000+ samples of this particular captcha.
