Hello , I have uninstalled and install zenno again using revo uninstaller but the program is still there after loading webpage and going to url it just stops there please help me to fix this

my vps is also crashing i dont know this is because of ram or not i am running only 3 threads but it crashes after some time i think this is a memory issue
