I have only used whitehat methods for SEO on my sites before. Can anyone help me understand what methods I can get ZennoPoster to help me with that would still be classed as whitehat? I don't want to risk my sites as most are now 4 year+ old Thanks!

could you not just put the captcha field then have a branch coming off the red exit so if it fails, ie the captcha is not there, it will move on to the next step?
