Explanation of "Profile - Browser" Settings and recommendations

What exactly do the specific "Profile - Browser" settings in PM? I already translated the Russian description from here https://zennolab.com/wiki/ru:browser-fingerprint but it's still not clear to me.

For example "WebRTC", will this only emulate some allegedly to my computer connected devices or also emulate the IP address that is shown under WebRTC e.g. on whoer.net?
If I enable the functions for Canvas/WebGL, ClientRect, JS Features, Plugins and Audio will then Zenno emulate those things or just block the access from the website to it?
And are all those profiles from a database with collected real-browser data that Zenno downloads from your servers or does he generate it "on the fly"?
