ZP4.0 Project Maker won't start, xpcom.dll error

I cannot for the life of me get ZP4.0 to start... I'm receiving this error:

System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'xpcom': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
at Skybound.Gecko.nsACString.qRxnrN9pU(nsACString )
at Skybound.Gecko.nsACString.Dispose()
at Skybound.Gecko.nsACString.Finalize()

From what I can see, it has to do with the Firefox module added in. I've looked around in XulRunner and there is an xpcom.dll present. I've deleted all other programs on the system that also had xpcom.dll in case they were interfering. I've also tried starting the ProjectMaker in compatibility mode.

Any ideas?

I've figured it out for my system. I reinstalled MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package.
