so I had to move vps servers, and run into standard problem of 'incorrect time settings'... each time I adjust the vps clock, it is 1 minute out of sync according to zennoposter... solution?

my vps is set already to synchronize with windows internet, I think that's the same as your image?

it's set to UTC -8, the same as my other previous vps servers (one is working fine, and where I pulled the setting from).
Heh - solved... because it already showed 'windows time' in settings, I didn't hit the 'update now' button. Just did it, and that was the extra step needed (seems maybe changing timezone then requires to 'update' internet time?)... anyway, now solved, thanks Vlad
