Currently if we want to reset proxy to not use any proxy, we would have to either set proxy action to "noproxy" or leave it as blank.
However, both will cause error warning during debug.
Suggest to let us use number "0" to reset proxy and not trigger warning.
So that blank will still trigger warning in case we really forgot to key in proxy address when there should be one, and "0" is so much easier to type than "noproxy".
