Please increase refund time period of zennobox bots

Hi,

Please increase refund time period of zennobox bots from 30 days to 60 days. So many times, clients file for a paypal dispute after 30-40 days. Sometimes sites change their layout and hence the bot stops working and they want us to fix it or sometimes file for a dispute. I have had 4 such instances in the recent past and I believe it would be better if zenno team can increase the refund period from 30 to 60 days because paypal also offers a 60 days refund policy.

PayPal is used worlwide for any type of products, including electronics, furniture and so on. 2 months for refund is kinda OK for most type of products.
ZennoBox projects are mostly bots for sites which users can run and test from the first day after purchase. 30 days is more than enough period to decide if client want to use this software.
And we don't plan to extend it. If site change it's structure within 30 days you should discuss refund policy before you sell your product. You can create webpage with refund policy on your site, for example. It will help to solve dispute problems with Paypal if client request his money back.
Also you can use subscription option to be able to pause paid period if something within a bot is broken if your client want that kind of offer
