Local Proxy blacklist

I see Zenno Poster has a proxy blacklist, but it would be nice if we could get a local one, like, when doing validation, if the proxy is blacklisted by the site we would get the instance proxy and move it to the blacklist, so it won't be used again.

I am aware of the time between rechecks if the proxy has been used but that feature will put ALL proxies out of the list, even the good ones and only the bad ones need to go out.
