Library in PM ?

In many projects, i need some part , usualy one or two "pieces " of some old template. Now, i must search in old templates, or create new template only for this code.
If you create some library in PM, and we can put there one or two or more pieces, and quick search ,it would save a lot of time.

Example for today- i have 20 templates for one site. This site change some code,if I had library, i I could upload one piece of template quickly on each template and change bug.

Anybody? how you guys solve regex library? I have some excel table, but every time must find first regex then create new step...Sometimes forgot saved regex and again find on net.... Then, using small templates, but if you have 50-100 small pieces, search is bad you lose time to find....
