Is there a way to close the browser window after template?

I am having a problem where, when registering, it will be successful until it starts in the same browser window a second time.

Then the site says, "you are doing this too many times..."

I am clearing cookies at the start of the template. Each thread has a different IP.

I figured out that if I stop the thread and close the window, then restart, it won't mess up the first time through.

So, is it possible to close the browser window from the template so that it has to make a new one the next time through?

I can upload the template later if you need to see it.

If you have one tab - then close it you can not. If you have several tabs, such as page and popup - you can close one and open it again.
