This one isn't a real issue, but it can cause problems in the workflow.
In PM (latest version), I keep noticing that templates keep getting moved around. For example, I usually have everything lay out in logical order in the top left-hand corner. I then run debugger, stop it, and then my template is all over the place. It takes me ages to get it back to how it was.
Btw, I'm always saving as I edit my templates.
