Can't seem to install .net 3.5 on 2016 Server

I've tried to read and sole this by Googling
"the request to add or remove features on the specified server failed .net 3.5 server 2016 0xc004000d" but nothing has worked.

Any sugguestions?

Sorry just saw this..

I didn't enter the path exactly ... its case sensitive and needs to be entered right.
