Best Method to Execute Proxies on a Template ? Saving those proxies to file ?

Attempting to use only the proxies that work. Which is the best method ?



Scenario 1 : Pull public proxies list from file
(A majority will obviously fail and the template will not succeed until / IF a decent proxy is found)

Scenario 2 : Use compulsory method when executing the template
(Better although templates may not make it to completion when proxy dies or other variable occurs)

Can the working proxies be saved to a file to minimize fail rates ?
