zennoposter issue

Hi, I'm having an issue to make the "Receive Emails" function work. It says "Load of emails was successfully completed" but there are no emails shown. Or it says "Disabled" and also no emails shown. In the log it says "Failed to connect with mail server Authentication Error on Pop3 server"...
