Same here, I keep getting "No page tab in the instance. Instance 60001:127.0.0.1" and "Server was not launched on time" I did try to increase "instance preparation timeout" but it didn't help. My ZP sometimes loads my threads -1 (if I use 10 threads it will load 9 and give me those two errors...
